Description

The Advanced Coaching Development Program is a 4-week, 24-hour interactive training designed for individuals who have completed core Recovery Coach training and are ready to deepen their practice. This program provides the time, structure, and expert guidance to strengthen advanced coaching skills while building confidence and adaptability in real-world recovery conversations.

Through live virtual sessions, hands-on workshops, structured peer practice, and at-home exercises, participants will expand their coaching toolkit, refine their instincts, and develop a more intentional and flexible presence.

Topics include:
  • Advanced coaching skills and exercises that can be used directly with participants
  • Weekly coaching demonstrations and breakdowns of technique
  • Navigating resistance, discomfort, and silence in coaching conversations
  • Using metaphor, story, and imagery as coaching tools
  • Integrating participant values and strengths into goal setting and planning
  • Holding space during emotionally charged or high-stakes moments
  • Structured peer coaching sessions with live feedback and discussion
  • Sharpening ethical instincts in complex interpersonal situations
Individuals leave this training with a more confident, flexible, and intentional coaching presence. They gain refined tools for navigating complex moments, a deeper understanding of how to support long-term growth, and greater fluency in using language, values, and connection to guide meaningful change.
