RCAC Programs
We offer a comprehensive curriculum that includes both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for professionals to support individuals on their journey to recovery from addiction. The program is structured to ensure that participants receive the highest standards of training. RCAC programs contribute to the necessary 60-hours of training to become an RCP, a certification recognized across North America and Europe.
Foundations of Recovery Coaching
This five-day, 30-hour in-person training is an intense, immersive experience designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and mindset necessary to support individuals in recovery effectively.
Participants should expect to be fully involved throughout the week, as this training will ask a lot from them—mentally, emotionally, and even personally. The content is challenging and will push participants to reflect deeply, confront biases, and engage in difficult but meaningful conversations.
Ethical Considerations in Recovery Coaching
This is a 16-hour course that builds off the knowledge and skills gained during the Foundations of Recovery Coaching course. It offers a deeper dive into complex ethical dynamics through real-world scenarios, guided reflection, and peer discussion. We move beyond basic definitions of ethics and explore how values, power dynamics, and context shape the way Recovery Coaches show up in their work.
Professionalism in Recovery Coaching
This is a 12-hour course designed for individuals to grow their confidence and clarity around what it means to show up professionally in the role of a Recovery Coach. It expands on the boundaries and conduct content introduced in the Foundations of Recovery Coaching course and dives into real-world situations where professionalism can be challenging to define or demonstrate, especially when lived experience is part of the story.
Advanced Coaching Development Program
This is a 4-week, 24-hour course designed for Recovery Coaches who are ready to take the next step in their practice. Built for those who have completed foundational trainings (Foundations, Ethical Considerations and Professionalism), this program offers a structured opportunity to deepen skills, explore complex coaching moments, and continue building confidence in the field.
